Six Seconds created the Organisational Vital Signs(OVS) with 10 years of input from hundreds of organizational leaders seeking to identify the critical elements of organizational success.

In 2005 and 2010 Six Seconds conducted thorough statistical analyses to turn their input into a powerful assessment.
